Account Executive, Brand Partnerships (Sales)

Reporting to: Senior Director, Brand Partnerships
About the Role
As an Account Executive at Pubity Group, you'll be a key part of our growing Global Sales team, based in New York. Your mission will be to drive revenue by supporting and growing our commercial partnerships — including branded content, influencer marketing, and social sponsorships — across a range of sectors. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping Pubity Group build a reputation as a trusted social publishing partner for advertisers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively identify new advertising targets across your assigned verticals.
Support the Senior Director, Sales in building long-term client-direct and agency relationships, whilst achieving revenue targets.
Support in sales pitches showcasing the full suite of our social advertising solutions aligned to client marketing goals.
Collaborate with internal teams including Client Services, Strategy, Creative, Social Editorial and Production to help shape and deliver compelling proposals.
Manage the intake of client briefs so they are springboarded into our Creative Studio.
Keep up-to-date with platform trends and contribute innovative ideas to drive engagement and growth.
Maintain a monthly competitor analysis
Deliver against your personal quarterly revenue targets and assist with forecasting and reporting.
Be a champion for CRM data capture and data hygiene
A minimum of 3 years of experience in media sales, preferably across East Coast agencies and brands.
A growing contact base in sectors such as Travel, Food & Beverage, Gaming, QSR or CPG.
Experience in responding to media briefs and supporting in the development of integrated proposals.
Passion and knowledge of social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and Facebook.
A collaborative and positive mindset — ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Great communication, organisational and negotiation skills.

What We’re Looking For:
