About The Role
Sitting within our London-based Commercial team, this is an exciting opportunity to be a central part of the Delivery team, working across a range of branded content partnerships. These include popular brands in the Entertainment, Lifestyle, Food & Beverage, Sport, and Fashion categories.
Reporting to the Account Director, you will help oversee the execution of brand-funded campaigns through Pubity Group’s social, editorial, and extended network channels.
You will manage the day-to-day execution of client projects, handle client inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects that meet the client's expectations and business goals. Your focus will be on maintaining strong client relationships and driving account growth through excellent service and relationship management.
This is a great role for someone with experience in managing campaigns and client relationships and who is looking to build their career in media and branded content partnerships.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in an account management or project management role, preferably within a media owner, publisher, or agency environment. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and building strong relationships with clients. You’ll also work closely with internal teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of campaigns on time and within budget.
Client Relationships
- Develop strong and constructive relationships with clients based on clear communication, honesty, and trust.
- Manage client expectations on deliverables, addressing any potential issues early to ensure smooth project execution.
- Keep a customer-first mentality, ensuring clients enjoy a positive experience and receive excellent service from Pubity Group.
Project Management & Execution:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports, keeping clients updated on progress.
- Coordinating between sales, strategy, social, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
- Supporting timely delivery of reports and campaign analysis.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve client issues or challenges, acting swiftly to prevent or minimize impact on projects.
- Provide recommendations and solutions to optimize project performance, based on data and insights to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Participate in team meetings, offering feedback and suggestions for improving client service and project management processes.
- Provide support to junior team members and assist with their development where necessary.

- Project Management: Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and generate insights to inform strategic recommendations for clients.
- Excellent Communication: Clear, confident, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team, with experience in managing projects across multiple teams and departments.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a client services, account management, or project management role, ideally within a media or related environment.
- Experience working with CRM tools and project management software is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
